Terms and Conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services from House 273 LLC (also known as House 273). 

​

All work is continued on the understanding that clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

​

Throughout the design process, clients will be presented with multiple selections to choose from. All other designs outside of your selection will remain the property of House 273.  

​

Design Fees:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, all design services require a non-refundable 50% deposit before starting on the project. All projects will be invoiced to the client's email address and sent via PayPal and will be due immediately. The remainder of the total will be due at the end of the project, prior to the release of materials.

As of November 8th, 2020, House 273 no longer accepts payments from CashApp. All payments for projects will be processed through PayPal.

Source Files:

​

House 273 will provide proof files as needed for printing, digital, or any other identified purposes outlined in the project description. (.jpg, .PDF)

​

Design fees do not include the release of source files (the original design files). If the client requires the transfer of source files, they will be subject to a separate price for buy out of the design. Please consult with us regarding this request.

The client understands that changes required beyond the estimated work, or in addition to the original scope of work will be subject to an additional charge. Changes to the provided copy or changes required after acceptance of the draft design will be liable to a separate charge.

Clients also agree that House 273 holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party, before or after a design is published.
